• All prices are displayed in HKD unless otherwise specified
• Payment is due at the time of order

4. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs processing. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unopened, unused products. Opened products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Please refer to our Shipping & Returns page for complete details.
